Solutions Engineer

About the Role: In this role, you will lead the design and development of supply chain solutions across a wide range of scales—from large geographical optimization to detailed process and workstation design. You will be a key contributor during RFQ processes, customer proposals, and new business launches. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, guide junior colleagues, and act as a subject matter expert on engineering tools and methodologies. Your work will directly influence operational performance, customer satisfaction, and the successful deployment of new solutions across the business. How You Will Contribute: - Lead the design of supply chain solutions, from macro‑level network concepts to detailed process and station layouts, as part of RFQ activities. - Develop and refine solution concepts for formal customer proposals, including process flows, KPIs, and facility layouts, collaborating with the Engineering team where needed. - Partner with Business Development, Account Management, Launch, and Operations teams during solution definition and development. - Present technical solutions to customers via proposals, calls, and presentations alongside Account Manag...
