About the role: MSS Security is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations across multiple government housing sites. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness and success of the security team on-site, whilst building and maintaining relationships with both your team and stakeholders. Your responsibilities in this role will include, but not limited to: Coordinate daily operations of Security Officers across multiple sites. Foster and maintain a safe working environment for both Contractor staff and the housing community. Collect and report data promptly. Perform routine site visits and communicate with security guards. Ensure availability for contact at all reasonable times. Keep personnel files updated for all Security Officers, including licenses, and make them accessible for auditing upon request.
