Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM is currently recruiting for a 3D Modeler to join our Digital Project Solutions team. Reporting to the Senior Production Specialist Manager within a matrix structure, the role will be responsible for producing and developing high‑quality 3D construction models and engineering outputs that support delivery across multiple project functions. The position will focus on cut and fill analysis, earthworks modelling, CAD‑based engineering production, and detailed construction modelling to support planning, engineering, commercial, and site teams. Working closely with engineers, planners, and project delivery teams, the 3D Modeler will ensure that all models are technically robust, accurate, and fit for purpose, contributing to buildability reviews, construction sequencing, temporary works development, and both tender‑stage and live project delivery.
