Zurich is currently hiring an Executive Underwriter or AVP, Underwriting Director - Group Captives for our Schaumburg HQ! While it is preferred that this position works a hybrid schedule of three days per week of our Schaumburg, IL office, we are open to remote candidates with the U.S.. You will partner with your manager to set a flexible work schedule that supports you, our customers, and our brokers and agents. As one of the leaders in this space, we work together with the largest captives consultants in the U.S. to deliver a wide range of services to member-owned, agency and other (fronted) captives. This role will be filled at either an Executive Underwriter or AVP, Underwriting Director level. The hiring manager will determine the appropriate level based upon the selected applicant’s experience and skillset relative to the qualifications listed for this position.
