What you'll be doing as a Functional Assessor: PIP Clinical Trainer: You will be part of a wider team responsible for delivering Personal Independence Payment Assessment training to new clinical employees and facilitate other training as required by the business. Training will be facilitated using a combination of in- person, online and virtual classroom delivery as required. - Deliver clinical training to clinicians in line with EBM (Evidence Based Medicine). - Support new clinicians to HAAS to achieve the required training outcomes and identify early support requirements. - Use reflective tools and models to engender a culture of feedback and use this to inform improvements in the PIP training delivery methodology, content, and own practise. - Work with the wider Learning and Development team to review, create and update training materials as required. - Ensure all written documentation is provided for feedback purposes to a high standard and on time. - Maintain own up to date knowledge of welfare matters. - Provide input into Training Needs Analysis as requested. - Support the wider operation to ensure that an effective, safe and efficient clinical service is delivered through a...
