Description JOB SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse uses the nursing process in Nursing Practice to assist the patient to achieve optimum health; exercises Leadership as part of the multidisciplinary team; incorporates lifelong learning and practice competency into his or her Professional Profile; and incorporates research, evidence based practice into Practice Outcomes. The Registered Nurse demonstrates competency in caring for complex patients and participates as an essential member of the multidisciplinary team to improve the quality of care in the clinical area. This is a temporary assignment from May 17 through September 7 (Labor Day).
