Reports To: Restaurant Manager, Dining Room Captain(s) Supervisory Responsibilities: None Job Knowledge, Core Competencies, and Expectations Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately. Ability to operate point-of-sale systems. Maintains high level of member contact throughout service; learns members’ names and preferences.
