Description JOB SUMMARY: The Patient Transport Specialist is responsible for safely transporting patients between the clinic parking areas and the facility entrance using a golf cart. This role assists patients entering and exiting their vehicles and provides mobility support to ensure a safe, welcoming, and patient-centered experience. The Transport Specialist plays a key role in enhancing patient satisfaction by promoting safety, courtesy, and professionalism throughout all patient interactions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Transportation: - Operate a golf cart safely within the clinic parking lot to transport patients to and from the facility entrance. - Assist patients entering and exiting the golf cart in a safe and courteous manner. - Aid patients with vehicle entry and exit when needed. - Offer wheelchair support and mobility assistance as appropriate. - Monitor parking areas for patients who may require assistance.
