Overview ABOUT THE POSITION: Geomatics Director | Richmond, VA | Williamsburg, VA | Virginia Beach, VA VHB’s Mid-Atlantic Geomatics Team is seeking a Geomatics Director to lead its dynamic group serving Virginia and District of Columbia. This position is responsible for the overall program and project management, as well as the performance of the Survey/Geomatics team across these locations. The role serves as a key conduit between regional leadership and technical staff—providing hands-on oversight of project standards, technical execution, and program development, while driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and upholding quality standards. Responsibilities: - Develops and supports service line strategies and initiatives that support VHB’s strategic plan and regional business planning/strategic pursuits. - Aligns service offerings to VHB’s market requirements. - Collaborates with regional leadership to identify and provide new services or skills. - Develops growth plans.
