Job Overview: The Senior, Omni Operations Strategies develops and executes strategies that enhance both the customer and colleague experience across Macy’s stores and digital channels. The role drives operational excellence by simplifying store processes, improving execution, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability while reducing complexity for store teams. The position partners closely with store leadership and cross-functional corporate teams, including Store Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Digital, Finance, Technology, and Corporate Communications.
