Job DetailsJob Location: Augusta Country Club - Augusta, GA 30904Housekeeping Evening Supervisor This position at the Augusta Country Club involves oversees nighttime operations, leading a team to ensure facilities of ACC maintain high cleaning and safety standards, assigning tasks, inspecting rooms and public areas, managing supplies, and acting as a liaison with other departments and with guests. Key responsibilities include staff training, quality control, inventory management, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Responsibilities and Duties: Supervision & Staff Management: Assign tasks, direct work, and monitor the performance of the night shift housekeeping staff. Quality Assurance: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards. Inventory & Supplies: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other equipment, ensuring timely ordering and distribution.
