Hourly Full-Time Role: 7:30a-6p; 4 days/week; must work one Saturday per month Physical Location: Carroll County Memorial Hospital 309 11th St. Carrollton, KY 41008 The Job You Will Perform: Serve as the liaison between the physician and patient Responsible for answering phones, determining the nature/priority of the call and appropriate routing/taking messages Verify patient insurance benefits, obtain and register accurate demographics and schedule patient appointments in the scheduling system Manage and fulfill medical record requests Perform administrative functions, such as but not limited to: scanning, faxing, answering emails, etc. Has the ability to cross train to as...
