Position Overview: The Brand Marketing Specialist (Apparel & eCommerce) is responsible for supporting the creation, implementation, and management of internal and customer-facing apparel programs to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty. This role oversees the lifecycle of the employee apparel program and limited edition apparel drops, while driving innovation for the Dutch Bros eCommerce platform to meet sales and conversion goals. By sourcing high-quality merchandise for partnerships and supporting social activations, this role is pivotal in ensuring our physical brand identity resonates authentically with both our internal crews and customers. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred. 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Apparel Merchandising, or eCommerce Management, preferably within a lifestyle or high-growth consumer brand.
