Job description
Description Coordinates all aspects of rental and used equipment such as creating and maintaining contracts, locating equipment, ensuring equipment readiness, coordinating preparation, inspection, repairs, transportation, and ensuring maintenance is scheduled and performed as promised. It also included managing the customer experience from accepting and negotiating the request, to establishing credit and invoicing. Collaboration across the sales, rental, used, service, and parts departments is a daily expectation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The following reflects the essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Customer Service: - Maintain communication with customers throughout the rental process. - Conduct equipment needs assessment to determine the best equipment solution and desired scheduling. - Create and process quotes, credit applications, insurance requirements to customers / update as needed. - Support the Accounting Team with overdue rental payments and dispute resolution. - Work with Finance team to set up new customer accounts.
