Our Surgery Center Leadership Team is hiring a Compliance Manager! The Position is 20-45% Travel between Surgery Centers in: Phoenix, Houston and Tampa Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm The ASC Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and quality oversight across ambulatory surgery center operations. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, and accrediting body requirements while supporting safe, compliant, and efficient clinical operations. The manager partners closely with clinical leadership, operations teams, and corporate compliance to maintain survey readiness, implement policies, and drive continuous improvement in regulatory performance.
