Job Title: Operations Specialist, Sr Work Place Flexibility: Onsite: Legal Entity: Entergy Services, LLC: JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE: The Operations Specialist is part of a team that centrally monitors Entergy’s regulated Power Generation resources’ fleet-wide performance, maintenance, and operations from inside the Remote Operations Center (ROCC). The objective of the position is to provide technical expertise that drives improved operations in the MISO market, efficient maintenance practices that lower production costs, continuous improvement, and unit availability. The position will support operation of renewable facilities remotely operated out of the ROCC. The position will also support the gathering, tracking of analytics and utilization of Advance Pattern Recognition (APR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications The ROCC will include remote resource operators and Energy Management Operations (EMO) personnel.
