We are the ByteDance Cloud Team, as a core component of the company's supply system, aiming to provide compliant, cost-effective, high-quality, and efficient end-to-end cloud supply chain solutions for global businesses such as Douyin, TikTok, Feishu, and e-commerce. Our mission is to ensure the efficient delivery and circulation of cloud resources through scientific resource planning, refined delivery management, and digital platform capabilities, thereby helping the company's business maintain a leading edge in the global AI competition wave. Our three core objectives are: 1. Controllable and predictable resource acquisition: Conduct demand forecasting, optimize resource allocation, and ensure delivery reliability. 2. Cost Transparency and Controllability: Based on the FinOps system, achieve accurate cloud cost measurement and Refined Operation. 3. Controllable business processes and risk boundaries: Build a high-quality delivery and operation and maintenance system to achieve early warning of resource anomalies.
