Dreamscape Learn, a pioneer in the realm of immersive virtual reality learning design is seeking a customer obsessed and detailed oriented Partner Success Manager (PSM) who will be responsible for owning the end-to-end success of assigned partners, from onboarding through ongoing adoption and growth. This role combines execution excellence with ownership and continuous improvement, ensuring partners are not only successfully onboarded, but are realizing meaningful value from Dreamscape Learn over time. The PSM is a high-touch operator and relationship owner, capable of managing complexity, improving processes, and driving strong partner outcomes. End-to-End Onboarding Ownership: Ongoing Partner Success & Relationship Management Own onboarding delivery for assigned partners: - Lead kickoffs and onboarding coordination - Develop and manage onboarding plans and timelines - Drive partners to successful go-live - Execute onboarding playbooks while attentive to partner-specific needs - Provide training of immersive classroom modalities for partner stakeholders (faculty, administrators, facilitators, and support staff). - Keep current and provide feedback on onboarding and training materi...
