Job description

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining the store’s appearance. This role plays a key part in achieving sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions Answer questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Replenish inventory and organize displays as needed Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention Assist with opening and closing duties as required Handle customer complaints or direct them to a manager when necessary Stay informed on new products, sales, and store promotions - Smile and greet all customers who enter the department or come within a normal speaking radius of the sales associate.
