Building on the foundations of the AVP role, the VP operates with a high degree of autonomy and authority, acting as a senior technical specialist, lead broker and trusted adviser to clients, insurers and internal stakeholders. The role is accountable for driving placement strategy, insurer engagement and technical quality across casualty programmes, while also contributing to the development of people, market capability and best practice within the casualty function. The Vice President will work closely with Account Executives, Client Directors and senior Lockton leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned to client risk appetite, commercial objectives and global operating structures.
