Manage competency development and support engineering managers to deploy state-of-the-art engineering competency targets for engineering developers in the organization. Provide training, consultancy and constructive support to project teams with a focus on agile software engineering concept, process and tools. Engage cross-ground-regional engineering teams to establish highly effective team structure, aligned artefacts, repositories, and communication channels to enhance project development efficiency and share good practices and lessons learnt. Act as ASPICE (Automotive Software Process Improvement Capability Determination) coach to enforce project development to fulfill ASPICE compliance target for premium and consistent engineering quality.
