Job Title Operational Buyer Job Description: In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Manage a portfolio of suppliers for both direct and indirect purchasing for our Acute Care Informatics (ACI) business and respond to R&D needs across current and upcoming projects. Your responsibilities: - Manage direct and indirect suppliers from a contractual and documentation perspective (contracts, supplier qualification, SOWs, and other documents in accordance with our QMS). - Manage order schedules via MRP. - Ensure inventory management and provide stock reports to stakeholders. - Manage supplier relationships and price negotiations for direct suppliers (cables, mounting solutions, manuals, barcode scanners, RFID cards, etc.) as well as indirect suppliers (licenses, etc.). - Anticipate internal customer needs by organizing weekly follow-up meetings. - Manage Master Data settings in SAP (data enrichment, supplier data, etc.). - Create and manage suppliers in Philips tools (Ariba, S2C, etc.). - Act as the interface with the logistics team and communicate upcoming deliveries. - Manage communication with the invoicing team to ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time.
