Overview The Implementation Manager is accountable for the operational execution of the project plan for new customers or new projects specific to existing customers. They will partner with the client services organization to meet client expectations and revenue goals, as well as with any/all internal departments in support of the plan execution to include IT, product, product development, operations, finance, and training. They will define and lead the creation of project implementation project plans, identify process improvement opportunities, coordinate and manage the client implementation effort with cross-functional groups, monitor complex operational reporting, and facilitate resolution of delivery issues as needed.
