The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Casual Beauty Advisor! Your role in a nutshell: To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. Key duties: - The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good. - Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies. - Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. What we look for: - Previous retail experience is preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers - A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager. - A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry - Confident in reaching store targets and sales - An active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member. - The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday.
