Manager, Learning and Development (SACB)

Job description

We are currently hiring a Manager, Learning and Development in Cincinnati, OH. The Manager, Learning and Development will function as a strategic partner to business leaders and leverage insights to implement and inspire learning programs that improve and enhance workforce capability building in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on developing and coordinating required training across the site, assist with developing material and delivering content in meaningful ways to ensure we properly and consistently train our co-workers. This role will also support our vision of a total learning environment without any production losses caused by lack of skill or poor training systems. Supported departments will include Brewing, Distilling, Planning, QA, Maintenance & Utilities, Packaging, and Warehouse. This person will bring a passion for learning, the ability to influence and communicate effectively within the Brewery and across all departments. This individual must have a bias for action, be hands on and present on the production floor, and flexible to support the team as needed across all shifts.
