REGISTERED NURSE for Home Infusion LOOKING FOR ALL BOROUGHS INCLUDING NASSAU COUNTY, and WESTCHESTER Blue Parasol is an established Licensed Home Health Care Agency --- NEEDS IMMEDIATE PER DIEM --- CLINICAL FIELD NURSE to provide clinical skills nursing visit in Infusion Therapy. Responsibilities and Duties: Administer a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ home. Monitor compliance of documentation, clinical summaries, medication changes and plan of treatment. Communicate with Infusion Company any changes in patient health status to maintain safety and quality care of patients. Establish and maintain a good rapport with all patients, families, and infusion therapy company. Maintain contact and clinically monitor patients, providing direct infusion therapy services. AVAILABLE TO WORK Available to work on-call on weekends and holidays when needed. Qualifications: Must Provide NYS License Number on Resume. Minimum two (2) years nursing experience with a minimum of one (1) year infusion/IV experience. Oncology, Hematology, Critical Care Areas preferred (ICU, ER, Burn, C/V etc.) and Home Care.
