About the role Mater Townsville is seeking experienced Registered Nurses ready to take the next step in their career by transitioning into a Clinical Nurse role within our Medical Ward . This opportunity is offered as permanent part-time basis working 0.8FTE. To be considered for this opportunity, this role requires participation in a 24/7 rotating roster including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The Medical Unit offers a variety of opportunities to care for patients that have specialised care needs across 40 beds . This includes 20 acute care telemetry beds, oncology, hematology, high flow respiratory and general medicine. The Medical Unit is a supportive team of Nurses, Doctors and Allied Health staff who together care for patients, carers and family whilst they are at Mater hospital. Salary range: $54.44 - $58.30 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
