Job description

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer-AI to lead initiatives that transform our existing applications and workflows through intelligent automation and agentic AI. This role will focus on identifying opportunities to eliminate manual processes, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency across multiple technologies. Initial priorities include back-office systems, point-of-sale (POS) platforms, and payment processing systems. This role is based in our Atlanta Support Center and requires an 80% onsite presence.
