What you will do: You will own the end-to-end performance and experience of the e-commerce channel , with full accountability over store, funnel, conversion, margins and roadmap. Working closely with CRM & Audience Development and Label / Physical Commercial teams , you will drive growth, elevate the customer journey and lead the development of exclusive e-commerce products, drops and fan-first initiatives . Your focus will be on: - Defining the e-commerce strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals - Owning commercial KPIs (revenue, margins, ROI, contribution margin) and optimizing product mix - Managing budgets across acquisition and retention channels - Optimizing the e-commerce platform (Shop, PDPs, bundles, promos, pre-orders, drops) with a strong CRO & SEO mindset - Monitoring performance and funnel metrics (GA4, conversion, AOV, CAC/ROAS, retention...
