Job Duties: - Under broad direction, the Master Planner is responsible for master planning, inventory management, just in time planning, material requirements planning, capacity planning, and production activity control. - The Master Planner must identify and establish master planned items as well as defining and coordinating planning strategy with field operations. - Applies Theory of Constraints to resolve bottlenecks, performs inventory management functions to optimize material flow. - Has expertise to execute: Forecasting, Order Promising, FP, MRP, Master Data, Engineering Change, Management, and Inventory Turns.
