The Service and Parts Coordinator will provide daily support to the Parts and Service departments within our growing organization. This role will support a wide range of administrative support and customer service activities to facilitate the efficient operation of Tsugami America. Responsible for scheduling and maintaining various components of our service department, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the department maintains an optimum level of performance & customer satisfaction. Job Functions: Work directly with customers and internal service staff to schedule Technicians based on incoming requests.
