Company Description As Legal Counsel IT Law, you will provide focused, practical legal support at the intersection of IT contracting, data privacy, and IT security. Your role is to help embed regulatory requirements into IT procurement at scale—by advising on selected high‑volume contracts, shaping standards and tools, and translating legal obligations into workable guidance for IT and procurement teams. Job Description: SUPPORT HIGH-VOLUME IT CONTRACTS & PROVIDE PRACTICAL LEGAL ADVICE: You will support a defined set of high‑volume IT contracts, focusing on matters where legal input is most valuable. Your role is not to advise on all IT contracts day‑to‑day, but to provide targeted legal support on selected topics and projects. You will work closely with the IT Sourcing & Compliance team within the IT Department, collaborating regularly to ensure aligned legal positions and smooth handling of IT procurement matters.
