Job description

Your Responsibilities: - You define and execute program strategies aligned with product line objectives and business targets - You lead and oversee multiple global sourcing and development projects, ensuring delivery across technical scope, cost, quality, and timelines - You coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams such as engineering, sourcing, quality, or operations in a matrix organization - You proactively identify risks and deviations, and drive mitigation plans in alignment with senior stakeholders - You organize and lead risk and governance meetings with management and key stakeholders - You ensure structured and transparent project reporting (KPIs, budgets, milestones) in line with PMO standards - You manage project planning and financial tracking using tools such as MS Project - You ensure successful project closure, including post-project follow-up (SOP +6 months) and handover to Product Management - You drive compliance with internal processes, including the Product Engineering Process Your Profile: - You hold a degree in Engineering or a related field, combined with strong business acumen - You bring extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional programs...
