General Information: - Lead the Hardware systems department hollistically for the region Americas . - Work closely with the regional business to determine and prioritize regional needs . - Align with the global EDIT team to implement and support processes and solutions. - Lead the digitalization effort for the department Your Responsibilities: - Manage and drive the various departmental EDIT goals. - Provide mentoring and feedback for direct reports. - Ensure the correct IT processes and policies are being followed. - Generate, monitor and prioritize new departmental demands from the regional business. - Develop regional network with business R&D managers. - Ensure smooth collaboration with the global EDIT team for both regional and global initiatives. - Identify areas of digitalization within the business. - Assist in the selectio...
