St. Mary’s School, located in Annapolis , is seeking a qualified full-time Director of Admissions, Upper School . This position reports to the Principal and is responsible for the overall planning, management, coordination, and evaluation of enrollment. The Director oversees the school’s marketing, development, communications, and constituent/public relations efforts, as well as activities that foster a supportive climate for enrollment and development. These efforts are essential to ensuring the school has the resources necessary to achieve its mission. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, from 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Essential Functions: - Promote understanding, acceptance, and support of the vision and mission statements, and objectives of the school. - Work closely with the enrollment and development committees of the board to set and achieve goals and objectives. - Responsible for setting and maintaining professional writing and design standards for school communications; this includes electronic communications, including website and email. - Responsible for the planning, management and implementation of the marketing, recruitment, and retention of students.
