The Director of Youth Hockey is a leadership role with Total Package Hockey (TPH) / North Alabama Hockey Association (NAHA) responsible for the culture, growth, and technical development of the entire youth hockey ecosystem . This individual will oversee the full player pathway—from the first steps on the ice to 6U and eventually into the competitive environment of Travel hockey. The Director will serve as the "Face of Hockey" for the organization, bridging the gap between administrative excellence and elite on-ice instruction. Key Responsibilities: 1.
