Lead Technician

Job description

Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Technician who will be working with our Hypercar production. Main focus will be to coordinate and lead a team of technicians to deliver vehicle builds or projects on time and to Zenvo quality standards, while acting as the technical go-to on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate daily work for the technician team in line with build plan and priorities. - Act as technical reference point, supporting troubleshooting and complex tasks. - Ensure adherence to work instructions, safety rules and quality standards. - Monitor progress against plan, identify bottlenecks and escalate risks. - Perform hands-on work on vehicles or assemblies when required. - Support onboarding and training of new technicians. - Provide feedback to Production Management and Engineering on issues and improvement opportunities. - Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of processes and documentation Qualifications: - Vocational education in automotive/mechatronics or similar. - Several years of relevant technician experience, ideally in high-performance or low-volume automotive. - Previous experience in coordination, mentoring or team lead r...
