About the Role We’re hiring a Training Content Developer to help operational teams learn faster and execute with confidence. This is a hands on, production focused role built for someone who enjoys quick turnaround projects, practical deliverables, and seeing their work used immediately in the field. You’ll take real world processes and turn them into clear, usable learning tools including tutorials, job aids, and AI enabled microlearning. You’ll also help maintain and organize content across our LMS and knowledge platforms, so teams can easily find what they need when they need it. This role is ideal for someone who likes structure, clarity, and momentum and who takes pride in making complex work feel simple and actionable. What You’ll Be Doing: - You’ll translate SOPs, workflow notes, and process documentation into clear tutorials, step by step guides, and job aids that operational teams can follow with confidence.
