Overview: We are seeking reliable, self-motivated Janitorial Technicians to handle routine cleaning and maintenance tasks across multiple properties. This is ideal for individuals looking for consistent, flexible work. Key Responsibilities: - Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors (hard surfaces and carpets) - Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, partitions) - Maintain breakrooms (counters, sinks, microwaves, refrigerators) - Dust surfaces, furniture, vents, and fixtures - Clean glass, entrances, and interior windowsills - Empty trash and replace liners - Refill soap, paper products, and other supplies - Report maintenance or safety issues - Follow company procedures and respond promptly to work orders Requirements: - Minimum 1–2 years of janitorial or cleaning experience - Must be located in the U.S. - Reliable transportation a...
