Overview We are designing the grid of the future! Lead a team of power system engineers performing modeling and NERC technical studies for clients. Responsibilities include client account management, supporting business development, project management, and development of direct reports. Responsibilities: How you can make an impact: - Take responsibility for the timely completion of projects while meeting all project quality and budget objectives. - Interact with clients to seek input and address their needs and concerns with respect to the project(s) study scope of work. - Lead a team of electrical engineers to perform ERCOT IBR modeling tasks and NERC PRC-0.29 study. - Develop and grow the capabilities of engineers within the team and the larger organization. - Perform advanced and specialized studies of the power grid utilizing industry standard analysis platforms such as PSS/e, PLSF, TSAT and PSCAD. - Lead process improvement efforts identifying opportunities to enhance organizational efficiencies focused on maximizing team bandwidth while ensuring quality and timeliness of client deliverables. - Support business development activities including development of RFP responses & sc...
