Qualifications: - Provide advanced care for patients with acute cardiac conditions in the ICU, including those requiring ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) and MCS (Mechanical Circulatory Support). - Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of cardiologists, surgeons, and specialists in performing complex cardiac surgeries , including heart transplants, LVAD placements, and coronary artery bypass surgeries. - Monitor and manage patients pre- and post-surgery, ensuring optimal outcomes in high-acuity settings. - Lead and guide the ICU team in delivering evidence-based practices and cutting-edge cardiac interventions. - Serve as a critical resource for families, providing support and education during challenging moments. - Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with NP certification (Adult-Gerontol...
