About 7 Days Performance: 7 Days Performance is a fast-growing prize competition brand offering exciting opportunities to win dream homes, cars, luxury goods, and cash prizes. As one of the fastest-growing competition platforms in the UK, we’re looking to appoint a CRM Exec to drive revenue and increase customer retention from our existing customer base using Lifecycle marketing and automation. Overview: We’re looking for a CRM Executive to help build, maintain, and optimise customer journeys across email, SMS, and push — primarily using Klaviyo. This is a hands-on, executional role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, technical confidence in CRM tools, and a data-first mindset. You’ll support the delivery of lifecycle automations that drive repeat engagement, product discovery, and subscription growth — and you’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data to ensure our communications are timely, relevant, and effective. You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, run tests, report on performance, and improve journeys — while supported by the broader team on planning and execution.
