iCARE Program Assistant

Job description

SUMMARY: This position will have the responsibility to provide support to the iCARE program's internal efforts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. - Plan, research, implement, and evaluate community related initiatives and events - Participate in the development of communications and related documentation that educates and advances employee awareness of iCARE program activities - Assist with managing and promoting all iCARE programs - Increase internal participation in iCARE related activities - Serve as a liaison between the iCARE council, iCARE ambassadors and bank personnel. - Work as a member of the team, willingly providing backup support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals. - Perform other duties as assigned - Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.). - Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training. - Identifies and reports suspicious activity.
