Job Descriptions: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across sales, financing, marketing, delivery, service, and training activities. - Support business and financial strategy and planning through effective monitoring, management, and reporting, whilst contributing to policy and strategic development for the Australian market. - Assist in new business development initiatives and provide input into new product development activities. - Maintain and enhance the company’s corporate image and reputation, ensuring the brand is effectively promoted and protected, while carrying out managerial duties in accordance with Manitowoc’s legal and ethical standards. - Represent the organisation through participation in relevant Australian industry bodies, such as CICA. - Undertake additional responsibilities, both direct and indirect, including import/export administration, licensing, contracts and agreements, product registrations, and management of key supplier, customer, and partner relationships, as required. - Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
