ONA: Windsor Site Immunization Department Contract, up to 6 months Closing Date: May 27, 2026 Position Summary: The Registered Practical Nurse promotes, protects, and supports the health of individuals, families, and communities through evidence informed public health nursing practice. Serving clients, community partners, and interprofessional teams, the role applies public health and nursing principles to prevent disease, identify health risks, and improve population health outcomes. Guided by provincial standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements, the RPN delivers assessment, education, intervention, and case management services. Through collaborative practice and community engagement, the RPN helps reduce health inequities and enhances access to essential health resources across Windsor and Essex County.
