As a Lead Line Cook at Concord Hospitality, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dining experiences for our guests. Your culinary skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will ensure that meals are prepared consistently and with care, while supporting the overall success of the kitchen team. Responsibilities: 3–5+ years line cook experience (or equivalent in a high-volume kitchen) Comfortable working multiple stations (grill, sauté, fry, expo support) Strong knife skills and basic butchery Experience with high-volume service and ticket flow Solid understanding of food safety & sanitation Can follow recipes and adjust on the fly when needed Has trained or mentored other cooks before Can delegate and prioritize during a rush Communicates clearly and calmly under pressure Willing to hold standards (quality, cleanliness, timing) Knows how to correct mistakes without blowing up morale Qualifications: - Prepare food of consistent quality by following brand recipe cards. - Properly document all food containers and adhere to rotation standards per SOP. - Practice safety standards at all times to maintain a safe work environment. - Report to work in a clean uni...
