What You Will Do: We are seeking a dynamic Systems Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of engineers supporting gateway servers and wireless connectivity across Astronautics’ connected product lines. In this role, you will provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership, guiding a team responsible for new product development, as well as the maintenance and enhancement of legacy systems. You will play a key role in driving engineering excellence—mentoring team members, fostering innovation, and ensuring adherence to rigorous process and compliance standards for both safety-critical and non-safety-critical products. This position is located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the Chief Engineer, Connected Aircraft Solutions.
