The role As a Director of Product, you are an experienced leader tasked with maintaining Mambu's market-leading position by overseeing the evolution of core banking offerings and platform solutions, bridging the gap between deep technical strategies and commercial market expansion, ensuring our lending solutions remain flexible, compliant, and performant for the next decade. What you’ll do: Domain Leadership & Strategy (Lending): Portfolio Ownership: Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the Lending domain, taking a data-driven approach to identify and prioritize key market opportunities and competitive differentiators across Fixed-Term, Revolving Credit, Mortgages, and Credit Cards. Market Expansion: prioritise global market opportunities to ensure our lending products remain compliant and competitive across all geographies.
