Sr Program Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) Milestone Technologies is seeking a Sr Program Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and manage a large, long-term global program. This program focuses on global change management coordination and delivery, supporting their cutting-edge clinical trials innovation efforts. As the Release Train Engineer (RTE) , you will oversee multiple workstreams within a transformative, high-impact program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, proactively manage risks, and drive successful delivery.
