Set our customers up for success CB Insights is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to deliver a world-class onboarding experience for new customers and drive early, meaningful adoption of our platform. The role: As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll serve as a key touchpoint in the customer experience. You’ll guide new customers through their first 4–5 weeks, ensuring they are set up for success, trained effectively, and positioned to realize value quickly. You’ll take a consultative approach—partnering with customers on their goals, use cases, and initiatives, while also supporting engagement strategies for high-priority, renewing accounts. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with a team of onboarding specialists and account managers to drive customer adoption and long-term success.
